Inoculation Loops

Inoculating needles are precision laboratory instruments used in microbiology to transfer or culture microorganisms (such as bacteria and fungi) from one medium to another. They are made either of sterile plastic for single use, or of metal wire (such as nichrome or platinum) for repeated use after heat sterilization.
